If you have a product quality complaint they can return the unopened product to us within 60 days of purchase and we can offer a refund, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. This applies to both US and international customers. To return, customers have to submit this return form: www.mindvalleystates.com/refund. The form also provides the return address. 

If you want to change your address before the product is shipped out you can do that free of charge. Please contact customer service by email on support@mindvalleystates.com . If the product has already shipped there is no guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping address mid shipment. We will inquire and if it is possible to change with carrier mid shipment there will be a change of address fee IF POSSIBLE.

For USA customers, shipment will take between 3-8 business days. For international customers, this will be between 14-21 business days, depending on the country of origin.

For our first 5000 sets as part of exclusive early access, we only ship to the United States for the time being. However, we plan to open to more regions soon! Your States Stacks are designed to be used holistically and may take a little planning to go deep into a certain state. Taking the supplements and doing the meditations regularly will enhance your emotional intelligence and ability to help control your mood.
